Be the first to ride the new Bonza! chairlift

Sunday June 10, 2012 (during opening weekend) marks the official opening of Bonza! - Australia's only new chairlift this winter.  Mt Buller has always been a family mountain and Bonza is the family chair, serving some of the most user-friendly and fun terrain at Mt Buller.

We don't want it to be opened by a stuffed shirt.

We want it to be opened by the passionate skiers and snowboarders of Mt Buller, including the families who've been coming here for generations to ski and share time together, as well as families who've only started coming more recently but love to ski together with their kids and grandkids.  We want Bonza to be opened by people who know the mountain and are excited about all their favourite Northside runs re-opening. We want it to be opened by people who can't wait to ski the new terrain we've opened up in Bonza Country. We want it to be opened by people who are just looking forward to being back up at Buller to ride the Bonza chair with their kids and grandkids.

If that sounds like your family and you also meet the following criteria, we'd like to invite you to ride together as a family when we open the Bonza chairlift:

Do three generations (or more!) of your family ski at Mt Buller?

Would you like to be among the first to ride the new Bonza chair?

Can three generations of your family be on the mountain at 1:00pm on Sunday June 10 to ride the chairlift together and make history?

If this sounds like you we welcome three generations of your family to share a chair on the new lift, have your family name recorded on a commemorative plaque, receive a commemorative photo of your family on the day and share some of your family's history with the mountain.

We would love to include you in these special celebrations as we open Buller's newest chairlift. Please note we can cater for walkers regardless of snow conditions.
